Approach

Our process begins with an introductory call — a casual conversation where our team gets to know you. We gather details, discuss inspiration, and map out a schedule. We love this part of the process! It’s important that our designs reflect you.

After the call, we take the time to assemble a custom floral package, complete with a contract and cost estimates. About 60 days before the event, we meet at the venue to discuss how each element of the design will complement the space. Following this meeting, we finalize the scope and order your blooms!

The week of your event is dedicated to processing, arranging, and installing. After months of planning, we want our clients to focus on being present: trust us, sit back, and enjoy the experience.

Investment

Flowers are a product of nature that come with a certain level of risk and variability; however, we’ve got you covered! We source gorgeous stems, local when possible, that are carefully processed and arranged into fresh designs.

We offer the following rentals: table stands, altar structures, vases, and several varieties of candle holders. Our flower vases are often sold as part of the table arrangement, allowing our clients to take home (or gift!) the items they’ve invested in. We feel best knowing the life of the flowers will be optimized and enjoyed in their intended state. Flower material from large arrangements and installations is removed and composted as part of the tear-down process. If clients are not interested in taking any arrangements home, we’re happy to connect them with a nonprofit organization to donate the flowers after the event.

Budget

Full-service weddings have a $6,000 minimum. Our floral packages include design, delivery, set-up, and tear-down. A proposal and vision board are carefully curated for each event, achieved through a detailed ideation process and product sourcing effort. As the event day draws near, we meet with our clients on-site for a walk-through of the space. Typically, 7-10 days of preparation and processing are carried out by our team leading up to each event. We cherish the creative flurry of activity devoted to elevating and memorializing your most precious moments!

For reference, clients with a 150-200 person guest list typically fall within the $10,000-$15,000 range. Many factors influence the design of each arrangement, and of course, working together to scale these items up or down can make a significant impact on the final design and price.
